Strengths

Knowing your strengths makes it six times as likely to be happy in your work

DO WHAT YOU DO BEST EVERY DAY

Strengths are the unique combination of talents, knowledge, and skills that every person possesses. People use these innate traits and abilities in their daily lives to complete their work, to relate with others, and to achieve their goals. Still many people don’t know what their strengths are or have the opportunity to use them to their advantage.

People who do focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. They are more productive too, both individually and in teams. And they are more than three times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

Trying to do something about this, I started an Internet search query, got about a million results, using different terms from personality tests over skills and aptitude tests to IQ and EQ. That put me right back to square one 😦
What do I do now?

This is when I met Martin Daubney from Inspirecoaching.com and was introduced to the Gallup Strength Finder – a high quality test at an economic cost. Here is why Martin recommends it:

Martin agreed to pack the Gallup Strength Finder Assessment + 2 session before and after the Gallup Strength Finder Assessment for the Creativity Engineering Class 2017 in a special offer:

TOP 5 STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT + 2 Webinars: Discovery & Result Interpretation

With Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Martin Daubney – normally priced at 197 Euros.

This is a special offer for Creativity Engineering students at the Vienna University of Technology only.

After your booking, you will receive all instructions on how to proceed via email.
