One of a Kind Expert

Posted by jjerlich on 4. May 2017

It was about a year ago that I first met Kane Minkus in a short introduction event in Basel. As a digital expert I always remember where I got to know about the event – I clicked on a Linkedin ad. Really good that Linkedin knew I was in Basel at that time. :-)

Jutta Jerlich and Kevin Harrington

Long story short:
Since the first time I spoke to Kane a year ago lots of changes happened. First of all personal development led me to take decisions differently. Most of all the incredible network and people I am now connected and collaborate with.

… No, it is not just about taking fotos with famous people – here I am with Kevin Harrington, the guy from the US Television  Show Shark Tank. I did have the opportunity to speak with Kevin in person and enjoyed meeting him.

I want to express my joy that I know Kane and Alessia who you will get to meet if you join them at the next upcoming “Start At The Top” program.

Yes, they are coming again to Switzerland and Yeah !! Germany & Austria as well. Here are the dates and time – just click on the pic or your city and sign up for the FREE event.

It is so much worth your time and it will change your life.

At the same time he stayed a person you can talk to – it is so much fun to see him on stage and work with him.

Will I meet you in the Industry Rockstar Community of Holistic Entrepreneurs and Business Owners soon?

All the best

Loosing yourself …

Posted by jjerlich on 21. December 2016

whatsapp-image-2016-12-20-at-21-11-54Do you know this deep feeling of sadness in your body that is not really on the surface but feels like a heavy dark load you carry around?

This beautiful photo somehow visualizes this feeling for me. It makes me sad when money is the reason why relationships break, talent is wasted and health is sacrificed.

In the last years humanity has seen so many proofs that money and the systems we have created do not contribute to our happiness.

Still we all depend on it and it makes or breaks a person to have it or not.

Then I met Martin Altherr in a discussion about different ways to look at “money”. He asked me:

What is your relationship with money?

I did not have an answer right away. As a creative person, in the business of inspiring others to grow and nurture their ideas, there are not many questions that I have not been asked before. This is one of those questions. The development and change that followed is very interesting and still ongoing.

JOIN me at Martin’s  Webinar next week where he wants discuss with us how we do and should relate to money.

Perfect timing for forming your new years resolutions 2017.

FUN.Basel Vol III @Fluxdock

Posted by jjerlich on 29. August 2016

FUN Basel eingeladen im Fluxdock // FUN Basel invited to Fluxdock

AFun_basel at Fluxdockfter the first Fuckup Night in Basel we were approached by Elias Schäfer, CEO and Member of the Board at FLUXDOCK AG, who read the article about it in Basler Zeitung. He invited us to bring the Fuckup Nights Basel to Fluxdock.

What is Fluxdock?

It is a place where interdisciplinary teams can collaborate, realize concrete ideas using technology and the Fluxdock network to multiply the intended impact.

The crucial objective is to collaborate across company borders, break down barriers and bring ideas with high level of innovation to project maturity within the short time frame of only one or two weeks.

– – –    The Innovation Department for your company    – – –

A great offer and a real match:

My Creativity Engineering program at the Vienna University of Technology trains engineers to develop their creative confidence. It offers a collaboration space and simulation environment to present their ideas, create or find a team collaborating across disciplines to grow their ideas into products and services.

The Challenge

Being able to speak about errors and mistakes – that happen when new things are being created – openly is key. “Fail fast, fail often, learn quickly” is certainly a useful approach that speeds up creation and development.

Join us for the

FB Sept

We are looking forward to welcome our speakers

  • Asitta Tabatabai – Inspiring Coach, Trainer and Mediator
  • Daniel Jordi – Creator of The ChangeMakers Hub & LinkedREvolution

Etwas … im Entstehen

Posted by juttajerlich on 5. April 2016

Komponisten Trio

v.l.n.r. Raitis, Andreas und George

Seit ein paar Monaten habe die Ehre und Möglichkeit, mit 3 musikalischen Künstlern und sehr interessanten Individuun zu arbeiten.

:: Raitis Grigalis
:: Andreas Schwarz
:: George Fleury

The question

Posted by jjerlich on 24. September 2015

The Single biggest reason for success

When you search the net you very quickly find the statement “90% of startups fail”. An indicator for the importance of the topic. Many studies have looked into this question.

It is really worth listening to 6:40 Minutes TED2015 Talk from Bill Gross sharing the results of his research with data from hundreds of companies to answer the question:

What is the single biggest reason for a startup to succeed or not?

I do not want to reveal the answer here. Listen to Bill! It will stick in your mind and you will remember next time when you are in the situation to decide if you invest time and energy into an idea / startup or development.

Here are the factors he considered:

SucessFactors

> Ideas       > Teams >       Business model       > Funding       > Timing

Guess before you listen to the video …
My guess was < team >.
What is your guess?

I completely share the believe with Bill that a startup organization is one of the greatest forms to make the world a better place.
